This Privacy Policy describes how TheraVite Health, Inc. (“TheraVite,” “we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, and protects information you share when you visit theravitehealth.com or use our online services. It does not cover the use of protected health information (PHI), which is governed by our separate Notice of Privacy Practices.

We collect two types of information from website visitors:
- Information you provide — when you submit a contact form, request information, or download a referral form, we may receive the information you provide (name, email, phone, message content).
- Information collected automatically — when you visit our site, we collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and time spent on each page. We do not currently use third-party advertising tracking pixels on patient-facing pages.
