Code of Conduct
Effective: April 2026
TheraVite Health, Inc. is committed to operating with the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and compliance. This Code of Conduct establishes the principles that govern how TheraVite’s employees, contractors, vendors, and partners conduct business on behalf of the organization.
Our commitments
To patients
- We provide care with compassion, dignity, and respect for every patient regardless of background, insurance status, or condition
- We protect patient privacy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and applicable state law
- We provide accurate, truthful information about therapies, costs, and treatment options
- We never recommend a therapy or service that is not in the patient’s clinical best interest
To prescribing providers
- We respect the prescribing provider’s clinical judgment and never substitute our own without consultation
- We communicate proactively, honestly, and on schedule about every patient under our care
- We do not engage in fee-splitting, kickbacks, or any inducement that violates the federal Anti-Kickback Statute or Stark Law
To payors and government programs
- We bill accurately and only for services actually rendered
- We comply with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payor requirements
- We maintain documentation sufficient to support every claim submitted
- We cooperate fully with audits, investigations, and regulatory inquiries
To pharmaceutical manufacturers and distributors
- We comply with the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) and FDA regulations on drug handling
- We maintain chain-of-custody documentation and lot-level traceability for all therapies dispensed
- We report adverse events promptly and accurately per FDA MedWatch standards
- We do not divert, repackage, or otherwise alter manufacturer products outside approved processes
To employees
- We provide a workplace free from discrimination, harassment, and retaliation
- We support continuing education and professional development
- We protect employees who report compliance concerns in good faith
Reporting violations
Anyone who suspects a violation of this Code of Conduct, applicable law, or TheraVite’s policies should report the concern immediately. Reports may be submitted to info@theravitehealth.com. Reports will be reviewed promptly and investigated thoroughly. TheraVite prohibits retaliation against any individual who reports a concern in good faith.
Compliance program
TheraVite maintains a written compliance program addressing the seven elements identified by the OIG: (1) standards of conduct and policies, (2) compliance officer designation, (3) training and education, (4) effective communication, (5) auditing and monitoring, (6) enforcement and discipline, and (7) prompt response to detected problems.
