We are not a national logistics operation. We are a community-based specialty pharmacy and ambulatory infusion center in Danbury, Connecticut, built around three commitments: multidisciplinary specialty care, integrated infusion and pharmacy, and unwavering attention to clinical quality and patient experience.

Every patient is supported by a dedicated multidisciplinary care team — pharmacists, nurses, and care coordinators — who know your therapy, your insurance, and your prescribing physician. Not a queue. Not a rotation. A relationship.

Dr. Doaa Rehim, PharmD, PhD
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Rehim is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of TheraVite Health and a healthcare executive with 15 years of leadership experience spanning the pharmaceutical industry, oncology specialty pharmacy, and investigational drug services across academic medical centers and ambulatory clinical settings. Her work centers on improving patient outcomes through clinical care coordination, therapy optimization, and bridging treatment gaps for patients with complex and rare diseases.
Dr. Rehim has served as a consultant to pharmaceutical companies, academic institutions, clinical research sites, and legal firms — supporting clinical trial protocol development, training programs for physicians and researchers, FDA and sponsor engagement on investigational drug development, and the conduct of global multi-site studies. She has presented at global, national, and local professional conferences.
Dr. Rehim obtained her Doctor of Pharmacy from Long Island University and her PhD in nanomedicine and pharmaceutical sciences from Rutgers University. She is board-certified in specialty pharmacy (BCSCP).
Dr. Rehim lives in Brookfield, Connecticut with her family. Drawing on years of experience in New York’s academic medical system, she is passionate about bringing the same quality of specialty care to patients in northern Fairfield County. Outside of work, she enjoys art, music, time with her family, and the outdoors.

TheraVite is recruiting a Clinical Pharmacist to lead patient therapy management alongside Dr. Rehim. Specialty board certification and infusion experience required.

Infusion Nurse (RN, BSN)
TheraVite is recruiting an experienced infusion nurse to oversee in-suite therapy administration. BSN preferred, infusion certification required.
